This role plays a vital part in delivering respectful, dignified, and high-quality personal care to our residents in a safe and compassionate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily personal care activities in accordance with care plans.Support a nurturing, patient-centered environment that promotes health and well-being.Collaborate with nurses and other team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED required.Licensure: Completion of a Massachusetts-approved CNA training program with an active, valid CNA license in good standing.Certifications: Current Adult CPR/AED certification required.Experience: Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift/move a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.Physically capable of assisting residents with mobility and transfers.Ability to stand, sit, walk, and remain active for extended periods.Mental and physical stamina to manage the demands of a healthcare setting.Skills: Basic English communication skills required (verbal and written).
