The Retail Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the retail store's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive leader who can assist in managing staff, inventory, and store presentation to create an inviting shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Assist in training, supervising, and motivating retail staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Handle customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
