Senior Director of Engineering

Leading the development of agentic engineering capabilities, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Engineering will define the vision and strategy for integrating AI agents into product development, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational change across a global environment. Key responsibilities Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for agentic engineering, aligning with business and product priorities Build and lead teams responsible for shared agentic platform capabilities and establish an evaluation system for agent performance Drive adoption of agentic workflows by partnering with cross-functional teams and redesigning organizational processes Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams Experience defining and scaling internal platforms or shared engineering capabilities in a multi-product environment Knowledge of AI-enabled systems, including orchestration, automation, and evaluation frameworks Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders across various functions including Product, Engineering, and Security Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
