Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist specializing in acute care for a travel assignment in Weston, WI. This role will involve working within various areas such as ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR (cardiothoracic), and cardiac cath. Candidates will work in a collaborative environment ensuring optimal medication management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Cover various departments including ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR, cardiac cath, EPS, central pharmacy
• Dosing management including Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycosides, and Heparin
• Monitor and manage TPN
• Oversee medication dispensing with an understanding of USP 797
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate IV preparation

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License (BCPS preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Inpatient staffing experience
• Familiarity with Omnicell systems
