Physical Therapist - Full Time

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral).
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Clinical experience or readiness to manage orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related patient populations. New graduates will be considered.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 50-60 visits per week; expected visits are 60 per week. Typical daily patient volume ranges from 10-16 patients depending on compensation tier and performance incentives.
• Comfort documenting care in Raintree EMR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
