If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Design, development, and qualification of fixtures and gauges for turbine blades, vanes and other componentsCreation and maintenance of complex 2D and 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using NX.Create Manufacturing Quality Control Plans (MQCP), Product Process Qualification (PPQ_ documents, Critical to Quality (CTQ) and machining setup drawings.Collaborate with manufacturing engineer(s) and production to ensure fixturing is designed to meet their performance expectationsLead fixture projects through all phases; conception, R&D, qualification, production implementation, and continued production supportWork with production personnel to implement, troubleshoot, and improve fixtures and gauges and their associated processesEngage in fixture optimization projects to achieve cost savings.What You Will Bring:2–4-year degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or 4+ years relevant and proven manufacturing technician/engineering experience.Skilled in interpretation of product and manufacturing drawings and specificationsExpert Knowledge in Siemens NX CAD/Drafting and product data management systems.Expert Knowledge of GD&TExpert Knowledge in parametric model definition tools of NX and assembly modeling with inter-part linkingKnowledge of Siemens TeamcenterGood knowledge manufacturing processes is a plus.Working knowledge of MS office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Work Requirements:This role is considered an on-site position located in Winston-Salem, NC.You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.BenefitsFull-time (Regular)401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceShort/Long Term Disability
