Home Health Aide - Providence Home Health Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week on Day Shift Area Coverage: Molalla, Woodburn, Silverton, Stayton and as other areas as assigned Job Description: The Home Health Aide supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements under the supervision of a registered nurse. • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
