Salary: $21-23/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Steel Warehouse Associate for a well-established steel distribution company in the Madison area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $21-23/hr BOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 am to finish

Responsibilities:

Pull and stage steel orders for customer deliveries
Load flatbed trucks according to delivery schedules and routes
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
Stock, organize, and maintain steel inventory
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Assist walk-in customers with material pickup and questions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience preferred
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs on a regular basis
Comfortable working with steel and other heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
