Requirements: RN License; BLS; current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting, Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to post-operative cardiac ICU patients recovering from open-heart surgeries and complex procedures.

• Monitor and manage ventilator support, CRRT, Swan-Ganz catheters, epicardial wires, and pacemakers.

• Administer vasoactive medications and titrate drips according to physician orders.

• Respond to patient changes promptly, utilizing critical care skills in a high-acuity environment.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
