About the Role Get Set ABA (BCBA-owned and operated) is hiring experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) near Baltimore County, MD. Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans. Provide clinical Supervision to RBTs. Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance. Qualifications Current BCBA Certification is required. Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
