Outside Sales Representative - Tampa/Orlando

Job Overview Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales growth within the South of Tampa over to Orlando and South. Key Responsibilities Sell our products to current customers in the region through focused customer service. Call on potential new customers throughout the territory and identify new business opportunities. Communicate customer needs with the branch to ensure an optimized product mix. Coordinate with inside sales staff for a synchronized sales effort. Accompany vendor sales representatives as needed to satisfy vendor concerns. Qualifications Minimum 6–10 years of sales experience, ideally as an outside or territory sales representative in the construction or building materials industry. Knowledge of millwork and understanding of two‑step distribution. Ability to travel throughout the territory. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of DMSi Agility software is a plus. Driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle (Safety Sensitive position subject to routine drug screening). Compensation & Benefits Commission based with expected annual earnings ranging from $65,000 to $125,000; commissions are uncapped. Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
