Highlights Location: Greenwich, CT What You’ll Do Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Respect patients’ values, preferences, and expressed needs. Collect and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses. Develop and modify individualized care plans. Implement care plans and coordinate care delivery. Promote health and a safe environment through health teaching. Evaluate progress toward attainment of health outcomes. Requirements Education Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Experience Registered Nurse foundational job description; prior oncology nursing experience preferred. Licenses and Certifications Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut. Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
