Trauma Sales Representative - Orange County, CA

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for Orange County, California to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role is field-based with on-call availability for emergency cases, requiring deep product knowledge and relationship-building with medical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Develop expertise in trauma products and competitor offerings to advise customers
- Manage and maintain product inventory and provide training on product use
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the region
- Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room and emergency consultations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales control systems
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with office technology and databases
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to attend meetings outside regular business hours as required
- Compliance with regulatory and ethical standards including AdvaMed principles
Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
