The Forecasting Analyst will serve as a key representative to our internal and external stakeholders across Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Insights. This individual is expected to lead the creation of promotional forecasts in collaboration with internal and externalpartners andrequires the ability to fully analyze and speak to the forecasting process and output. This role is also responsible for ensuring high forecast accuracy. This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time. Responsibilities: Build sales forecasts individually andassistin creation of sales forecasts by our offshore forecasting team Analyzesales performance,data trends,quantifybusiness drivers such as price and marketing initiatives,andcreate baseline models Build and refine PowerPoint decks summarizing forecasting insights and results Presentand defendforecaststo the customer and address customer feedback and questions Serve as the face to the customer,developandmaintainstrong relationships to influence decision makingand promote HAVI’s role as thought leader Lead communication of project status and reports toappropriate internaland external partners Manage multiple deliverables’ timelines and scopein order tomeet customerobjectivesand milestones Ensure that the forecasting team is using best-in-class methods by keepingup-to-datewith industry and business trends Leadorparticipateon special project teams Provide recommendationsto demand planning, supplyplanningand enablementteamson process improvements,solving problems andaccomplishingplanningobjectivesbased onholisticunderstanding ofcross-functionalrolesintheoverall supply planningprocess Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Business, Statistics/Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain & Logisticswith equivalent professional experience Minimum of3+yearsofdata analysis, forecasting, demand planning, supply planningexperience Experience in managing client relationships and expectations in a B2B settingrequired Experience in a team environment, with responsibility for end-results Proficiencyin MS Excel(pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, and Word Experience withstatistical software packages (SAS,SQL, R, Python, etc.)is a plus Experience with Marketing/Social Media analytics is a plus *Starting Salary is $80,000-$90,000 with a 5% targeted bonus Our total rewards philosophy integrates programs for compensation, benefits, recognition, learning and development, corporate culture, corporate citizenship and work-life balance.
