Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Oncology | Full Time

Position Name: Med-Surg Oncology RN Shift Available: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a–7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p–7a What You Will Do in This Role: Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Act as an advocate for patient safety Job Requirements: 1 year of Recent ACUTE CARE RN experience required Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation) Current BLS required Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6 Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.60 Based on years of experience Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days) / $15K (Nights) Relocation: Case by Case Shift Differentials: $3 Nights | $2 Weekends Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, prescription and behavioral health benefits, and free telemedicine.
