Assistant Business Office Manager Opportunity!

The Grove Health and Rehab is looking for an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our growing team!

The Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for assisting in the facilitation and supervision of all business office functions under the direction of the Nursing Home Administrator and the Business Office Manager.

• Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications

• Prepare and submit write-off requests per collection policy

• Prepare daily deposits

• Manage Accounts Payable functions

• Oversee all aspects of Payroll

• Supervise Business Office staff

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and billing practices

• Experience with basic accounting procedures and computerized office systems

• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Professional team player with reliable attendance history

• Passion for providing quality care and service
