Contract - 3rd Shift, 5/40,
Pay Rate: $22.10/hr.

• Ability to learn machine setup and operation.
• Ability to learn machine adjustments.
• Ability to learn blueprint and specification interpretation.
• Ability to learn product inspection using precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow established standard work under immediate supervision.
• Must meet US Person requirements.

Position Summary: Production Worker - 3rd Shift

• Learn and train in the basic understanding of machine-specific operations.
• Set up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts under immediate supervision of a certified operator.
• Follow established standard work practices and work toward certification within 120 days.
• Refer problems or deviations to experienced operators, Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Engineers.

Responsibilities: Production Worker - 3rd Shift

• Learn to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
• Learn to make machine adjustments.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Understand and follow quality testing techniques.
• Learn to inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.
• Support and follow EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement standards and guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety-related activities.
• Work extended shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
• Work holiday hours when required by business needs.
