Ascendo Resources (Award Winning Staffing, Recruiting & Consulting Firm) is assisting our client in their search for a small company Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk . This is for a very fast growing 2 year start up within the multi-unit hospitality, retail, or pet care services. Wonderful corporate culture, good work / life balance. Outstand opportunity
Position Title: Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk
Location: Cherry Creek, South Denver area
Salary: $45K-$50K + PTO + outstanding benefits package
Technical Skill Set Required:
- Assist with month end close
- journal entrics
- bank reconciliations,
- Multi location accounting
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Advanced Excel
