Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Welder:Operate various types of welding tools and hand toolsRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, and heat numbersFollow standard work instructions, weld procedures, and acceptance criteriaUtilize build boards and Kanban systems to support workflowIdentify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or equipmentCollaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environmentSupport company quality and safety goalsWhat You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:High school diploma or GEDSome welding experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet)Strong communication skillsBasic math and reading abilitiesAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds with or without accommodationsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
