Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional service and commercial success. In this vital leadership position, you will serve as a brand ambassador, collaborating closely with store management to nurture client relationships, significantly impact sales, and deliver unparalleled client service. Your expertise will be instrumental in coaching and developing our team, ensuring our values are upheld, and fostering an environment of excellence for every client and team member. Job responsibilities Client & Business Development Leadership: Supporting the team in building long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools, establishing a client‑centric mindset, and implementing action plans to boost business and maximize product performance. Selling & Floor Management Excellence: Acting as a role model in sales, achieving personal goals, supporting team sales, fostering cross‑selling, and ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently delivered on the sales floor. Team Development & Engagement: Providing consistent coaching, identifying development and training needs, offering suggestions for individual action plans, and actively contributing to talent identification and succession planning. Product Category Champion & Market Insight: Serving as the store's primary point of reference to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing valuable feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends to drive category business. Operational Adherence & Support: Ensuring policies, Brand standards, and grooming guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented, supporting operations in inventory management, and assisting with staff planning.
