Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including garden, mid-rises, high-rises, and luxury rentals. We manage approximately 20,000 units across several states, with a current portfolio of over 100 properties. We offer a rewarding career and opportunities to grow with the company. Responsibilities Prepares or assists in preparing apartment turns for new residents, including painting, flooring, general repairs, housekeeping, and related tasks. Conducts hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartment homes and interior/exterior areas. Acts as a team leader within the maintenance department, delegating, supervising, directing, and assisting other maintenance staff. Installs and repairs electrical systems, appliances, electrical components, and HVAC equipment. Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log. Provides on-call emergency service as required. Maintains grounds and keeps them free of trash and debris in coordination with maintenance staff. Monitors the upkeep of mechanical equipment, including water heaters and HVAC units. Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment such as transformers, motors, and electrical fixtures. Replaces faulty electrical components and positions sensing devices as needed. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
