Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting students at a single school site as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a special education classroom. This full-time contract assignment is perfect for professionals passionate about providing hands-on classroom assistance and fostering a positive, effective learning environment. You’ll provide coverage during a maternity leave, collaborating with education teams and receiving supervision arrangements to be determined. The assignment runs onsite from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026, and requires your commitment to a 37.5-hour work week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current SPED certification/license in Oregon
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Experience supporting students in a classroom setting, ideally within special education
• Ability to work fully onsite, providing consistent in-person support
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Professional references: Please be ready to supply contact information for your three most recent supervisor references for consideration

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver RBT services as part of the classroom support team
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising professionals
• Provide instruction, reinforcement, and behavioral support for students with diverse needs
• Collect data on student progress and report to supervising staff as directed
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
