Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Hudson County, NJ | Part-Time | $55–$85/Visit

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Secaucus, North Bergen, Union City, and West New York, NJ.

What the Job Looks Like:

You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Hudson County, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available before you start so you can see the model in action before committing.

Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can't fill your schedule and can't replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

What We're Looking For:

• Active PT license in New Jersey (required).
• Reliable transportation or public transit (required).
• Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Home health experience preferred — not required.
• Strong communication and bedside manner.
