Assistant General ManagerThe always beautiful Radisson Hotel Salt Lake Downtown is looking for their next hotel expert to lead their team.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Radisson's overall mission, vision values and strategiesMaximizes profitability and revenue by directing the hotel operations (including rooms and food & beverage operations)Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagementCreates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.QualificationsMinimum of five years work experience in hotel managementBachelor's degree preferredExperience managing to brand standardsProven leadership skills, results orientedAble to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employeeAble to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamworkKnowledge or hotel operations including but not limited to preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planningMust work well in stressful, high-pressure situationsAble to create a diverse and supportive work environmentWilling to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAdheres to the policies and procedures of the hotelAbility to model Choice's Cultural Values: Welcome and Respect Everyone, Be Bold, Be Quick, Listen, Be Curious and Show Integrity are key to our success in inspiring Loyalty, Growth, and the Hospitality Spirit.Choice Hotels International is an equal opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
