Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies. Develop and implement personalized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare professionals. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and service strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards. Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Prior experience; recent graduates welcome to apply.
