Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Essential FunctionsManage daily dispatch operationsEnsure on-time pickup and delivery performanceOversee route planning and load optimizationMonitor driver hours, availability, and schedulingReview and approve Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentsOversee hazardous material complianceMaintain accurate records and inspection documentationCommunicate with operations, project managers, and clientsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervise dispatchers, drivers, and yard staffConduct performance reviews and trainingEnforce company safety policiesResolve service disruptions and escalationsCertifications/Training/Licensure30 Hour OSHA (preferred but will train)MSHA (required but will train)Class A CDL (Preferred)40-HR HAZWOPER (Preferred but will train)Required Eligibility Qualifications1+ Years Management Experience in the Environmental or Industrial FieldHigh School diploma or equivalentFollow instructions for operating equipment and keeping recordsClean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license (Required)Must be able to pass a background checkPhysical Demands Must be able to:Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of timeAble to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs.) up and down multiple flights of stairsAbility to work in varying (extreme) temperatures, depending upon seasonMust complete all pre and post training including safety, new hire, and regulatoryHours of WorkShift work, flexible schedules and 24/7 on-call availability (varies by division and job)Typical week will consist of Monday – Friday, 8-10 hours per day (varies by division and job)TravelMust have reliable transportation to be able to commute to job site each day.Supervisory ResponsibilityN/ABenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, AD&D, Accident, Critical Illness, Teladoc, EAP, 401k (after 90 days of employment with a company match at 1 year), holidays and PTO daysCompetitive Salary based on experienceAAP/EEO StatementEnviroSmart Inc. shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
