PMI Mountain Gateway is seeking licensed Georgia real estate salespersons who want the freedom to build their own real estate business while maintaining the support, supervision, and resources of a local brokerage.

This is an independent, commission-based real estate sales opportunity designed for both actively producing agents and licensed professionals who want to maintain their license with a brokerage without being subject to minimum sales quotas or recruiting requirements.

Whether you are building a full-time real estate career, maintaining a smaller book of business, working primarily by referral, or looking for a brokerage that gives you greater independence, PMI Mountain Gateway offers a straightforward compensation structure and room to operate your business.

Compensation

Competitive agent-focused commission structure with an annual cap, low monthly brokerage fee, reduced post-cap split, personal transaction benefits, and additional earning opportunities through for property management and HOA management agreements. Full commission and fee structure is reviewed with qualified candidates during the interview process.

Additional compensation opportunities are available for agents who refer clients to property management or HOA management.

Your Business, Your Clients

Agents have the flexibility to establish the commission rates and additional fees they charge their clients, subject to brokerage policies, applicable law, and broker approval.

We believe agents should have the flexibility to develop a real estate practice that fits their market, clients, and individual business model rather than being forced into a one-size-fits-all production structure.

Personal Transactions

Agents may complete up to three personal real estate transactions per anniversary year without the standard brokerage commission split.

Personal transactions are subject to applicable brokerage and transaction-related fees.

Opportunity to Work With Real Estate Investors

PMI Mountain Gateway offers agents additional opportunities when working with real estate investors.

These opportunities allow agents to build relationships with clients that extend beyond an individual purchase or sale while creating additional sources of compensation alongside their traditional real estate business.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should hold, or obtaining, an active Georgia real estate salesperson license and be willing to conduct their business professionally and in compliance with Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements and our policies.

We are particularly interested in agents who value independence, responsive broker support, straightforward fees, and the flexibility to build a real estate practice around their own goals.

Experience is welcome but not required. Newer agents who need additional transaction experience can enter through our mentor program.

What This Position Is — and Isn't

This is an independent contractor, commission-based real estate sales opportunity. It is not a salaried or hourly position, and PMI Mountain Gateway does not require agents to meet minimum sales quotas simply to remain affiliated with the brokerage.

Agents are responsible for developing and maintaining their own real estate business, relationships, prospecting activities, and client base.

As long as agents remain current with applicable state licensing requirements, brokerage requirements, and required fees, there is no minimum production requirement to remain affiliated with us.
