Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - SEO Content Specialist Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: $42.41 hourly Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? Own SEO content workflows by managing intake, outlining, production coordination, review, and publishing status tracking. Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) and translate findings into SEO-driven content outlines. Coordinate with writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to move content through production stages while maintaining pipeline visibility for stakeholders. Track and report basic content performance, clearly communicating what was executed successfully and what needs improvement. Improve search visibility through on-page optimization, including internal linking enhancements and offsite outreach to build high-quality backlinks. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing. Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush or similar) and a strong understanding of keyword research and search intent. Experience with GEO concepts and AI search optimization, including how LLMs discover, read, and cite content. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work directly with tech teams on site health and schema implementation needs. What's in it for me?
