Software Engineering Manager AI/ML (Sight & Sense) Work Authorization: USC, Green Card, H1B Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite) Required Qualifications Boston’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams. 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with AI/ML, Computer Vision, or data‑driven products. Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Experience leading Agile teams and managing sprint delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow software and data engineering teams. Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI/ML-based Sight & Sense products. Provide technical leadership for software architecture, MLOps, and systems integration. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver solutions. Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring. Support deployment of AI solutions in manufacturing environments and ensure scalability and reliability. Promote innovation through Agentic AI workflows and AI‑assisted engineering tools. Preferred Skills Computer Vision and MLOps experience. Manufacturing, Smart Factory, or Industrial AI background.
