VIP Sales Manager

We are looking for a VIP Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience while driving strong sales performance and supporting a fast-paced, customer-first dealership environment. This is not a traditional desk-only management role — the VIP Sales Manager is actively involved in the sales process, customer engagement, and team execution. What You'll Do Oversee and support high-priority and VIP customer opportunities from lead to delivery Work deals directly at the desk, ensuring strong structure and profitability Partner with sales consultants to improve closing ratios and customer experience Handle escalated customers and high-value negotiations Ensure consistent follow-up and CRM discipline across the sales team Support showroom traffic, appointments, and internet leads when needed Coach sales consultants on process, presentation, and closing techniques Maintain a strong focus on CSI and long-term customer relationships Collaborate with management on inventory strategy and sales performance goals What You’ll Need Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Senior Sales Consultant Strong closing ability and deal structuring experience Excellent communication and customer handling skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach Experience with Honda or similar high-volume franchises is a plus Benefits & Employee Perks Medical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance 401k Matching and FSA Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (accrues) Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness) Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and Parts Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
