Job Overview We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre‑qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale of the buyer’s dream home. Job seekers should be enthusiastic, driven, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for every buyer. Responsibilities Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Ensure potential home buyers are well‑informed about their local housing market Reach out to pre‑qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Help guide renters into selecting the areas and houses that best fit their unique needs, wants, and desires Walk side by side with renters as they navigate the complexities of the application processes that they will encounter Work with renters to help them prepare and present a desirable package for selection in a very competitive rental market Interact with landlords and property managers to facilitate tenant placement Connect with new leads provided daily from property managers Show properties to potential tenants while making real connections to actual clients Work with existing Buyer’s Agents to convert a portion of renters into present‑day buyers by simply educating them on available first‑time home buyer possibilities Learn how to prepare legal contracts and negotiate real estate terms Gain guided experience while living with purpose and earning real income Qualifications Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience An established track record of successful real estate sales High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Be committed to personal growth and accepting of accountability Compensation $46,800 to $57,200 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Mathis & Associates, Inc.
