PACKING/WRAPPER, FLUENT IN ENGLISH OR BILINGUAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, FAMILIAR TO USING EXCEL SPREADSHEET ON COMPUTER. COMFORTABLE WITH BONING OUT MEAT, PACKING AND WRAPPING MEAT. PREPARE AND PROCESS MEAT: TRIM, CUT AND REMOVE UNNECESSARY PARTS TO MEAT COMPANY SPECIFICATION AND PORTION CONTROL STANDARDS. QUALITY CONTOL: INSPECT MEAT FOR FRESHNESS, DEFECTS, OR CONTAMINATION, DISCARDING ANY SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS. MAINTAIN HYGIENE AND SAFETY: FOLLOW STRICT FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS, CLEAN WORK AREAS, SANITIZE EQUIPMENT, AND WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR PHYISICAL STAMINA: ABILITY TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS, PERFORM REPETITIVE TASKS, AND LIFT HEAVY ITEMS (UP TO 50 POUNDS)
