Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Irvine, CA.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).
Experience with HCHB electronic medical record system required.
BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Ability to meet productivity expectations: 30 points per week and documentation completed by 10:00 a.m. the next day.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience in home health preferred.

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Guaranteed hours per week: 40.
Territory: Central Orange County; candidate may be expected to travel within the territory.
EMR: HCHB required.
On-call or weekend requirements: To be determined.
