Inventory Operations Systems Specialist - Bilingual Manufacturing

Chelmsford, Massachusetts | On-site | Contract C2C | Rotational Shifts We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP Inventory Management professional to support inventory and manufacturing operations. The Opportunity This role focuses on hands-on SAP IM processes, user assistance, functional troubleshooting, and training within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support SAP Inventory Management transactions and operational processes. Assist users with inventory-related SAP activities and issues. Provide training and support to Spanish-speaking personnel. Troubleshoot inventory-related functional issues. Support process integration with materials, production, and warehouse operations. Assist with basic EDI and IDoc-related monitoring. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands‑on SAP IM business‑user experience. Strong knowledge of SAP Inventory Management transactions and processes. Experience supporting inventory or manufacturing operations. Fluent Spanish and English. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Ability to train operational users. Availability for on‑site work in Chelmsford. Willingness to work rotational shifts. Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDoc transaction flows. Preferred Experience Exposure to SAP MM, PP, or WM. SAP S/4HANA experience.
