Requirements

• General Dentistry

Clinical Leadership: Experience in general dentistry with a focus on comprehensive treatment planning.
Patient-Centric: A superior chairside manner that builds trust and long-term patient relationships.
Modern Skills: Proficiency with (or a desire to utilize) the latest dental technologies and digital workflows.
Qualifications: * DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Job Description

Comprehensive Care: Perform a high volume of general dentistry procedures, including preventative care, restorative work, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Treatment Planning: Lead patients through comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing digital diagnostics to explain why and how we improve their oral health.
Patient Connection: Foster a trusting environment through a superior chairside manner, ensuring every patient feels heard and comfortable.
Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with our Registered Dental Assistants and Hygienists to ensure a seamless, efficient patient flow.
Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of the industry by utilizing provided CE credits to implement new techniques and technologies into the practice.
