What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities while gauging their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
• Consistently follow up with leads, ensuring they remain interested and supported through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Compensate through commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads
