Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Certification: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse needs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation and records.
- Participate in mentoring and training of new nursing staff and team members.
- Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based care in the Emergency Department.

Compliance / Notes
Sign-on bonus of $15,000 offered for external candidates with 2 years of RN experience.
