Insurance Sales Specialist

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide guidance, and help connect them with coverage solutions that fit their unique situations. You'll have the opportunity to develop your sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the insurance industry. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, support, and resources to help the right candidate learn the industry and work toward obtaining the necessary insurance licenses. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate. Self-motivated with a strong interest in sales, customer relationships, and building a career in the insurance industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and confidently discuss potential insurance solutions Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing toward individual and team sales objectives Willingness to learn, accept coaching, apply feedback, and take initiative Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and priorities Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or relationship-building is preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
