Assignment Details \n
• Initial dates: November 25-27, 2026
\n
• Ongoing coverage needs expected in 2027
\n
• Shift: 6am-6:30pm
\n
• No call
\n
• Setting: Inpatient ED/UC
\n
• Volume: ~40-60 patients/24 hours
\n
• 13-bed department
\n
• Support: 2 APCs alongside physician coverage, plus RN/MA support
\n
• General Surgery, Orthopedics + Hospitalist support
\n
• Telestroke + Tele-ICU available
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Credentialing: ~90 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details \n
• Emergency Medicine + urgent care coverage
\n
• Approximately 20 patients/shift
\n
• Level IV trauma facility
\n
• General Surgery, Orthopedics, Radiology + Anesthesia available 24/7
\n
• Onsite helicopter support
Requirements \n
• Board certified
\n
• Active WI license or IMLC
\n
• ACLS + ATLS
Compensation \n
• Rates: Facility is accepting bids
\n
• Malpractice provided
\n
• Travel reimbursed
