Quality Compliance Intern

Belmark is a leader in producing innovative pressure‑sensitive labels, folding cartons, and flexible packaging. We are seeking a Quality Compliance Intern to join our team onsite in De Pere, WI. The internship will support the Quality System, Food Safety System (SQF) and Environmental Health & Safety System (EHS) compliance with customer, internal, third‑party and regulatory requirements. The intern will work with cross‑functional teams and be responsible for testing, audits, corrective action documentation, test equipment operation, and CAPA root‑cause analysis. Internship term: summer 2026/fall 2026 semester, fall 2026/spring 2027 semester, or spring 2027/summer 2027 semester. A pre‑employment drug test is required if offered the position. Assist with Quality Assurance testing. Assist with Internal Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety Audits. Document corrective actions and verify effectiveness. Operate a wide variety of test equipment to help identify root cause associated with CAPAs. Develop professional skills working cross‑functionally to become a well‑rounded candidate for future full‑time employment. Position Requirements Student enrolled full time at an accredited university pursuing a quality‑related career. Some applicable majors may include Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Food Safety, Safety, or Packaging. Knowledge of and ability to effectively utilize the English language. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
