- Seeking a level IV trained Labor & Delivery nurse. - Must be familiar with Magnesium, insulin drips. - Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified with advanced external fetal monitoring. - Adhere to AWHONN guidelines. - Credentials required: - Nursys License for submission. - License/Certificate Verification for submission. - Testing and checklists required for onboarding: - Ascension Pharmacology Exam. - Ascension Specialty Exam. - Ascension Core Competencies. - Personal Health History requirements, such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap. - Professional requirements, such as Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding. - Ascension Profile, Driver's License/State ID. - Ascension 2 Professional References. - Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS. - Ascension Skills Checklist. - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen. - Ascension Education and Employment Verification. - Additional optional checks: - Influenza Vaccine. - Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire. - Health Statement. - Ascension Name Change Document. - Hiring Manager Evaluation.
