Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting working with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Experience with students who are deaf or hard of hearing is highly valued
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or a willingness to learn is preferred
• New graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across a diverse caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop creative, effective treatment plans for students
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Develop and update IEP goals, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions for students who are deaf/hard of hearing or utilize ASL as needed
• Support a positive, inclusive, and communicative learning environment
