Location: Fort Worth, TX (In-Office)
Pay: $17/hour + Performance-Based Bonus (up to $1,000/month)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Shifts between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including weekends) 9-6 or 10-7 CST
Work Model: Onsite + 1 weekend day where you will work Remote!


About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced call center team. This role focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries, setting service appointments, and delivering a strong customer experience while driving results.

This is a performance-driven position with bonus opportunities based on booking rates, call quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal teams
• Provide accurate information about services and offerings
• Overcome objections and guide customers toward booking
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Properly document and disposition calls
• Escalate issues as needed and support customer resolution

Requirements

• Call center experience required
• 1-2+ years of customer service, sales, or appointment setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits
