About The Role Members of Technical Staff at Anterior own problems end-to-end — from system design through to production. You'll work across the stack (with a backend lean), building the core platform that powers clinical decisioning at scale. A day's work may include: Designing and building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our AI platform Working across the stack when needed — from infrastructure to frontend — to ship complete solutions Writing evals to identify weaknesses and drive improvements in our LLM-powered systems Analyzing request logs, debugging event streams, and improving system reliability Building internal tooling to automate workflows and increase team leverage Working directly with customers to understand real-world healthcare workflows, scope integrations, and translate requirements into product specs Contributing to Anterior's SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture Tech Langs: Python / Go / TS, React (and HTMX if you can help!)
