Responsibilities
- Learn and apply proven sales processes and product knowledge

- Educate clients on the value of life, mortgage, and final expense protection
- Assist clients through the application and onboarding process

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings
