Outside Sales Professional | Driving revenue growth and delivering custom packaging & automation solutions across South Carolina | Hybrid/Remote (Charleston, SC based)
\n \nThe Specialized Recruiting Group is working with a company to find their next Outside Sales / Business Development person covering Eastern South Carolina. This is a direct hire role.
\n \nOutside Sales Representative
\nHybrid/Remote (Charleston, SC) - 1-2 days per month in the office
\n \nJob Duties:
\n- \n
- Build and expand a sales territory through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling, consistently identifying new opportunities and driving profitable revenue growth. \n
- Develop long-term partnerships with B2B customers, becoming a trusted advisor by delivering tailored packaging and automation solutions that address their operational challenges and reduce costs. \n
- Collaborate closely with engineering and automation specialists to design and implement custom solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. \n
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing — while operating independently in a remote environment. \n
- Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics to serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping clients optimize their packaging processes and stay competitive. \n
- Achieve revenue targets through a hunter-focused approach, leveraging strong communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills in a performance-driven setting. \n
Experience needed:
\n- \n
- 2-5+ years of outside business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred \n
- Hunter mentality — competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Willingness to learn and grow \n
- Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus \n
