Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish and maintain positive rapport and trust with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment. \n
- Thoroughly assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and adapt to their progress over time. \n
- Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples to provide support and guidance while effectively monitoring treatment outcomes. \n
- Engage in ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. \n
- Lead group therapy sessions and discussions to foster shared experiences and supportive community among patients. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. \n
- Refer clients to external specialists and resources when specialized care is required. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, making your role crucial in addressing various mental health challenges faced by individuals and families. Our patient population includes adults, teens, and children dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse. - A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, is essential. \n
