Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full‑time, salaried Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community. You must already hold an active, clear New York LMHC license. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time. We are a top rated, clinician‑led group practice founded by psychologists, with offices in Midtown and Soho. Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth. Use evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation. Maintain timely, high‑quality clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians. A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus. Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week. Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
