LPN / RN - School Individual Care Nurse

School Nurse (RN / LPN) 1:1 Pediatric Care (No Nights or Weekends!) Pay & Benefits

RN Pay: $39.00 per hour

LPN Pay: $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (35 hours/week)

What You Will Do As a Dedicated School Nurse, you will accompany your student throughout his school day to ensure his safety, comfort, and academic success. Duties include:

• G-Tube Feedings: Administer scheduled nutritional support.
• Medication Administration: Give daily medications and nebulizer treatments.
• Seizure Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye and provide proactive care.
• Daily Support: Assist with toileting and overall physical comfort.
• Digital Charting: Seamlessly document care on a provided tablet.

Requirements

• License: Active LPN or RN license.
• Experience: 1 year of LPN or RN experience within the last 3 years (RNs can also qualify with 1 year of past LPN experience within the last 3 years).
• Certification: Current, hands-on CPR Certification (In-person or hybrid courses only; 100% online courses cannot be accepted).
• Hiring Process: Willingness to complete standard online relias assessments.
