Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.10 per hour. Key Responsibilities Maintain a customer‑centric mentality. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe consulting. Understand how to showcase products for both in‑person and remote clients. Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and fleet‑wide inventory. Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals. Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobe consulting, successful outreach, and technology usage. Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic. Create a positive work environment through collaboration. Qualifications Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals. Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools. Experience in styling, fashion, and fashion retail. Commission‑based sales experience. High School Diploma or equivalency required. Flexible work schedule.
